Last Friday, on El-Stacja radio, in the show Electroacoustic Music, hosted by Marek Kwiatkowski, there was the premiere presentation of my new composition, Waveless Storm, for viola and tape (fixed audio track). I wrote it especially for the excellent violist Krzysztof Komendarek-Tymendorf, with his recording project under the name ALTOTRONICA in mind, which will soon be released on CD (the release is planned for the turn of 2024 and 2025). The main material of the composition were various improvisations recorded in the studio and subjected to advanced processing, which highlighted the sonoristic values of this source. The program Electroacoustic Music appears on the air every month, always on the last Friday. You can listen to the program on radio applications, as well as here: tutaj: https://el-stacja.pl

On Thursday, September 26, the piece "VIVA L'autunno", for string orchestra and tape (with an excellent video by Remígiusz Wojaczek), will be presented at the Grosso Modo gallery in Tel Aviv, during The Resonance Sound Art and New Music Film Festival. The event starts at 8:00 p.m. The festival features a variety of works that explore the dynamic relationship between music and visuals. Some pieces translate one medium into the other, while others amplify each other's impact. Ultimately, they all create a harmonious and immersive experience that transcends the boundaries of traditional music and visual arts. (quote from the organizer's promotional materials). The entire festival will last from September 26 to 29.
