My music for the play Strange Things has just been released on a limited edition CD on the cult Audiomat: https://audio.art.pl/audiomat/. I decided to release it this way because at times it diverges quite significantly from the style I present in my standalone electroacoustic compositions. And perhaps that's why it will prove interesting. There are, of course, atonal, dark structures, ambient pads, but also a touch of industrial, and even... some guitar tunes. Strange Things takes place in the 1980s, so the musical atmosphere also reflects, at least to some extent, that era. The CD is now available, so... I invite you to Audiomat.

On July 10th, I performed at the György-Ligeti-Saal, MUMUTH – House of Music and Music Theatre in Graz (as part of SMC 2025).

On July 5th, I performed at a concert as part of the Cappella Angelica Historical Instruments Festival, held at St. Mary's Basilica in Gdańsk. I played with a group of distinguished instrumentalists and also performed my miniature While the Angels are Still Sleeping.

Tonight, at 10:00 p.m., Marek Kwiatkowski's monthly show - Electroacoustic Music - will begin, of course, broadcast by El-Stacja radio:  https://el-stacja.pl/

Among the various recordings there will also be the premiere of the composition Extreme Elegy of Shadows, which is one of several that make up the new project, Extrēmus. This is our joint work, mine and violist Krzysztof Komendarek-Tymendorf, an attempt to explore new sonic areas using this noble instrument and electronics.

On June 6, you'll be able to watch the play „Dziwne Rzeczy” for the second time (of course, at the Plague House in Gdańsk), although it'll be completely different from the premiere – because it's an improvised performance. I'll be performing live music for it, obviously while on stage with the actors. Tickets have been available for purchase for some time now: https://www.kupbilecik.pl/imprezy/165142/Gda%C5%84sk/Dziwne+Rzeczy/

On May 9, the premiere of the play "Strange Things" took place, an improvised performance with my live music, combining horror with comedy and set in the 1980s. On stage, actors: Ola Szulc, Ola Tutajewicz, Krzysztof Gojowy, Krzysztof Kopytek and Mateusz Dymnicki, with my participation as composer and music performer, and Tadek Jaśkiewicz at the console.

I'm pleased to announce that my trip to Graz for the Sound and Music Computing Conference, which will take place from 7 to 12 July at MUMUTH – Haus für Musik und Musiktheater, has been co-financed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage of the Republic of Poland. During this festival, I'll have the opportunity to present my own composition "VIVA L’autunno", with a video by Remígiusz Wojaczek.
